For long-distance moves, Navarro’s Trucking LLC provides a comprehensive estimate that includes all basic services, such as transportation, blanket wrapping of standard furniture, disassembly and reassembly, and one flight of stairs. The basic price is determined by a estimated rate, with additional charges applied for fuel (13%). However, there are potential extra fees that may apply depending on the specific needs of the move, such as:

  • Booking Fee

  • H.O.D Fee (Handling of Delicate items)

  • Packing Services Fee

  • Additional stairs or long carries beyond 100 feet

  • Storage services (available upon request)

  • Date change fees (if within 7 days of the move)
